Ingredients For choc caramel slice

1 1/4 cself raising flour

1/3 ccaster sugar

125 gbutter, melted

2/3 cbrown sugar
-
2x400 cancondensed milk
-
100 gbutter
-
200 ggood quality dark chocolate chopped

1/2 cthickened cream
How To Make choc caramel slice

1BASE-Preheat oven to 180c and line a slice pan.Put flour and sugar,add melted butter stir til combined.Press firmly into pan and bake 20minutes.

2CARAMEL FILLING-Put brownsugar condensed milk and butter into saucepan.Cook over low heat stirring constantly for 18-20 minutes or tlit thickens.Pour over base and bake further 15-20 minutes or til golden on top.Let cool.

3CHOCOLATE TOPPING-Melt chocolate and cream over low heat and pour over caramel.Place in fridge for 1 hour.
