Concocted this recipe by a total accident! It was supposed to be used as a cupcake filling. After filling the cupcakes, I had a bucket load leftover. I couldn't help but eat it by the spoonfuls! Then I thought, graham crackers. Yes! Cheesecake dip with graham crackers is like cheesecake on a stick!

1 cpowdered sugar

3 Tbspstrawberry topping (Smucker's)

10 ozvanilla or white chocolate chips

How To Make cheesecake dip on a stick

1Using a double boiler, melt white chocolate completely. Set aside to cool almost to room temperature but not hardening. -
2Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and strawberry topping.

3Slowly pour the cooled white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture; mix well.

4Dip using graham crackers or vanilla wafers or whatever you like.
