I like that this recipe because its simple and I love chocolate and almond and serve this with coffee. I do not add the cherries by the way.

Ingredients For black forest mousse

1 ozsquare unsweetened chocolate, melted

1 caneagle brand® sweetened condensed milk

1 ccold water
-
1 sm boxpackage instant chocolate pudding mix

1/2 tspalmond extract
-
2 cheavy cream, whipped
-
1 cancherry pie filling, chilled
-
1/4 tspalmond extract (for cherry pie filling)
How To Make black forest mousse

1• COMBINE chocolate with sweetened condensed milk in large bowl. Beat in water, pudding mix and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract. Freeze 5 minutes.

2• FOLD in whipped cream. Spoon equal portions into dessert dishes.

3• STIR remaining 1/4 teaspoon almond extract into cherry pie filling; spoon over desserts. Garnish as desired.
