7 ozbittersweet chocolate

1/4 csweet butter

5 Tbspcorn syrup, light

3 ccrisped rice cereal

1/2 cpeanut butter (melted)
How To Make bittersweet chocolate crunchies

1line two baking sheets with parchment.

2melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water or in the microwave.

3stir in corn syrup and crisped rice cereal. drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheets and refrigerate for about 45 minutes, or until set.when set, drizzle peanut butter over crunchies.

4store in an airtight container in the fridge.
