bill's own chocolate bread pudding
(2 ratings)
My mother made a chocolate bread pudding when I was a kid and I loved it. Sadly, I didn't get her recipe before she passed away, but from memory of watching her make it, I have come up with something similar. She used leftover homemade biscuits because we seldom had white loaf bread in the late forties. I substituted loaf bread and it comes out pretty good.
