I had 2 ripe bananas and wanted to use them, but all the recipes I found wanted at least 3 bananas so I decided I'd just throw some stuff together and see what happens...this was a success! Very yummy!

Ingredients For banana split bread

2 1/2 cbisquick
-
1/2 cmilk

1 csugar

1 tspvanilla

2eggs
-
2very ripe mashed bananas

1 10 ozjar of marashino cherries, drained and chopped

1 csliced almonds

1 cpowdered sugar
-
1 ozbaker's unsweetened cocolate

1 tspvanilla

2 Tbsp1/2 &1/2, or whole milk
How To Make banana split bread

1Preheat oven to 350* grease and flour bread pan; set aside.

2Mix together the Bisquick, eggs, sugar, milk. add in the bananas and the cherries (when you chop them there is alot of juice and I put them in juice and all), stir in 3/4 cup of almonds. pour into prepared bread pan. Top with rest of almonds. Bake for about 1 hour or until done (toothpick test)

3Chocolate drizzle: melt in small microwave bowl 1 ounce square of Baker's unsweetened chocolate. mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1/2 & 1/2. add more 1/2&1/2 if needed to make frosting consistancy. heat in microwave another 10 seconds or so until it is smooth and drizzle on top of bead.
