Don't knock 'em till you've tried 'em! These fat-free fudgy delites are high in fiber and rich in taste. A great treat to keep you on track when watching your fat & calorie intake. Will definitely satisfy that chocolate craving. I should know ... I just made a batch;-)

1 pkg"no-pudge" cappuccino fudge brownie mix

1 (15oz) canblack beans (do not drain)

1 Tbspcinnamon
How To Make 3 ingredient cinnamon cappuccino black-bean brownies

1Puree can of undrained beans & tablespoon of cinnamon together in blender or Vita-mixer till well blended. (You may still see skins - but that's OK)

2Mix together with brownie mix and bake as directed. (Do not overbake).

3These stay fresh & fudgy for weeks in sealed container in fridge. They also freeze very well. I think they taste even better the next day. They are really good: )
