This is one fantastic "Healthy" fudge and tastes delicious too. My chiropractor used to have informative "health" classes and would serve healthy snacks like this one. This was one of my favorites because I love chocolate so much. This is easy to make and guilt free for the entire family. Ingredients For valda's raw fudge

1/4 craw sesame seeds

1 cold-fashioned oats
-
1 cchopped walnuts

1/4 craw sunflower seeds

1 cchopped pecans
-
1/2 ccarob powder
-
2/3 craw honey or pure maple syrup

1/2 tspvanilla
How To Make valda's raw fudge

1Grind sesame seeds, oats, walnuts, sunflower seeds and pecans in your food processor.

2Once ground, now add your carob powder, honey and vanilla to the processor.

3Mix well and pat in an 8-inch square pan that has been sprayed with baking spray or olive oil.

4Refrigerate until firm, and then cut into squares.
