I really have a hard time making fudge but this one is easy.

Ingredients For three chocolate fudge

  • 4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    butter, salted or unsalted
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 25 lg
    marshmallows
  • 2 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 2 c
    semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 oz
    unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts, optional

How To Make three chocolate fudge

  • 1
    Put the first four ingredients into a heavy pan and bring to a full boil. Boil 5 minutes.

    Take off the heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13 buttered pan. Refrigerate until set. Once it is set you do not need to keep it in the fridge. Cut into 1 inch squares.

    I wonder if it would be good with 1/2 cup of peanut butter substituted for the 1/2 cup of the butter.
