Ingredients For texas pecan pralines

5 Tbspwater

1 cbrown sugar

1 cwhite sugar

1/2 stickbutter, softened

1 cpecans, halved

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make texas pecan pralines

1Line a cupcake tin with paper liners and spray them with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

2Place the 5 Tb. of water in a microwave safe cup and heat for 1 min. on high. Combine the boiling water, brown sugar, white sugar, & butter in a saucepan over high heat. Boil mixture for 2 min. or until it reaches 236 degrees or the soft ball stage.

3Quickly remove the mixture from the heat and add the pecans and vanilla and quickly stir mixture for 15 to 30 seconds. Immediately use a Tb. to drop the pralines in the cupcake paper and cool.
