Ingredients For salted nut rolls

1 pkgyellow cake mix

2/3 cbutter

1egg
-
1 tspvanilla

3/4 ccorn syrup, light

1-10 ozbag miniature marshmallows

2 crice krispies
-
1 1/2 pkgreese's peanut butter chips

1/4 cbutter
-
2 1/2 ccocktail peanuts
How To Make salted nut rolls

1Mix cake mix, egg and 2/3 cup butter together.

2Pat into a large jelly roll pan (or a large pan with a lip if you don't have a jelly roll pan). Bake for 12 minutes @ 350 degrees on bottom rack of oven. Remove from oven and add miniature marshmallows evenly over top and bake 1-2 minutes until melted, being careful they don't burn.

3Melt together peanut butter chips, 1/4 cup butter, vanilla and corn syrup. I like to do this in a microwave safe dish, stirring every 2 minutes until chips are melted.

4Add peanuts and rice krispies quickly, and pour over the two layers. Cool, cut and enjoy.
