Ingredients For salted nut roll bars
- CRUST:

1 1/2 cflour

2/3 cfirmly packed brown sugar

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspbaking soda

1/2 csoftened butter

1 tsppure vanilla extract

2egg yolks
-
3 cminiature marshmallows
- TOPPING:

2/3 clight corn syrup
-
1/4 cbutter
-
2 tsppure vanilla extract

12 ozpeanut butter chips
-
2 csalted peanuts
How To Make salted nut roll bars

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine all crust ingredients, except marshmallows, until crumb mixture forms. Press into ungreased 9" x 13" baking pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until light golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with marshmallows. Return to oven 1 to 2 minutes until marshmallows puff. Cool.

2In a large saucepan, heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla extract, and peanut butter chips just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in salted peanuts. Immediately spoon over marshmallows. Chill.
