These are such a hit during the holidays! Use your imagination with different flavored rums.....raspberry I have found works really well with the cocoa. Hope everyone enjoys!!

1 1/2 cconfectioner's supar

2 1/2 cvanilla wafer crumbs

2 Tbspcocoa powder

4 Tbsphoney

1 canwalnuts (optional)

1/3-1/2 canrum
How To Make rum balls

1Combine 1 cup sugar with dry ingredients

2Add honey and rum. Knead into soft dough. Cover and put in fridge 2 hours to cover night.

3Form 1-inch balls, roll in remaining sugar, Store in air tight container in the fridge
