These are such a hit during the holidays! Use your imagination with different flavored rums.....raspberry I have found works really well with the cocoa. Hope everyone enjoys!!

Ingredients For rum balls

  • 1 1/2 c
    confectioner's supar
  • 2 1/2 c
    vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 can
    walnuts (optional)
  • 1/3-1/2 can
    rum

How To Make rum balls

  • 1
    Combine 1 cup sugar with dry ingredients
  • 2
    Add honey and rum. Knead into soft dough. Cover and put in fridge 2 hours to cover night.

    Form 1-inch balls, roll in remaining sugar, Store in air tight container in the fridge
