I'm sure someone has invented these but just in case, I just did. lol. I was making cake balls and didn't have any Ritz for the leftover chocolates so I threw this together. They're really quite good. They are very messy to make and on the picture, some have PB and Cream and some are separate. The one with white and dark chocolate is really good.

This tasty little treat reminds me of peanut butter and marshmallow creme sandwiches! I used the honey peanut butter as suggested... you won't be disappointed. These would be great at a holiday gathering or as a fun after-school treat. They're fun!

Ingredients For rocky road rockets

  • 1 pkg
    white almond bark
  • 1 pkg
    chocolate almond bark
  • 1 box
    Town House or Ritz crackers
  • 1 jar
    peanut butter with honey (opt)
  • 1 jar
    marshmallow cream

How To Make rocky road rockets

  • 1
    Melt the chocolate according to package directions. Put peanut butter on one cracker and marshmallow cream on the other to make sandwiches. Dip and roll the sandwich in the chocolate and set on wax paper to dry.
