Ingredients For rocky road bites

  • 12 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 14 oz
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 c
    spanish peanuts
  • 10 1/2 oz
    miniature marshmallows

How To Make rocky road bites

  • 1
    Melt chocolate over a double boiler, remove from heat. Melt butter and pour into chocolate. Add milk, stirring until slightly cooled. Add peanuts and marshmallows, blending well.

    Pour mixture into 13x9 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Remove from dish and peel off parchment paper. Cut into small squares and store, covered at room temperature.
