Ingredients For pecans balls

2 cpecans, finely chopped

2 cpowdered sugar, well sifted

2 cchocolate wafers, crushed

How To Make pecans balls

1Process pecans and wafers separately; combine in food processor with sugar.

2Slowly pour in liqueur until mixture forms a ball - You might not need the whole amount.

3(If mixture gets too wet, put it in the refrigerator, uncovered, overnight to dry out some.)

4Shape into small balls; roll in additional finely chopped pecans.

5Store in tightly sealed container.
