Ingredients For peanut butter snowballs

  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 1 pkg
    white almond bark

How To Make peanut butter snowballs

    Combine sugar, peanut butter and butter in a bowl and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Chill until firm.

    Melt almond bark in microwave, double boiler or slow cooker. Dip balls in almond bark and place on wax paper to harden.

    NOTE: When using 1 package of almond bark like the recipe states, for me there is enough to make two batches of the snowballs plus have some left over to coat pretzels.
