peanut butter fudge
I have handed over the torch to making fudge to my husband and our daughter. I hate to admit it, but I think theirs is better than mine.

Ingredients For peanut butter fudge

5 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cbutter or margarine

1 can12 oz. evaporated milk

10 ozpeanut butter

1 ptmarshmallow cream
How To Make peanut butter fudge

1Butter 9 X 13 pan and set aside.

2Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large heavy saucepan on stove. Using a candy thermometer, cook stirring often until mixture reaches softball stage.

3Remove from stove and quickly stir in peanut butter and marshmallow cream.

4Quickly turn out into prepared 9 X 13 pan. Cool. Cut into small pieces. Store in air tight container.
