Ingredients For peanut butter fudge

  • 4 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 stick
    margarine
  • 12 oz
    peanut butter
  • 12 oz
    marshmallow cream
  • 2/3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts optional

How To Make peanut butter fudge

    Put first 3 ingredients in 2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil using a candy thermometer until it reaches soft ball. Take off burner and put in peanut butter and marshmallow cream and beat well.

    Gradually add flour until well blended. Stir in nuts and pour into buttered 13x9 inch pan. Allow to cool, fudge will set up after several hours or overnight.
