Since I been making this fudge, everyone asks me to make for a holiday.

Ingredients For peanut butter fudge

  • 4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    light karo syrup
  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 9 oz
    smooth peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    heaping tablespoons marshmellow cream

How To Make peanut butter fudge

  • 1
    Lightly grease and cover with wax paper a 9x13 pan. In large sauce pan combine sugar, karo, butter and milk. Cook over medium heat. Stirring occasionally until candy therometer reaches 240-242. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and marshmellow cream and vanilla. Quickly pour mixture in pan.
