Ingredients For peanut butter fudge

  • 1 stick
    margarine or butter
  • 1 c
    carnation evaporated milk
  • 4 c
    sugar
  • 1 jar
    ( 18 oz ) jiff creamy peanut butter
  • 1 jar
    ( 13 oz ) jet marshmallow cream

How To Make peanut butter fudge

    in large non-stick pot melt butter, add milk and sugar.bring to a boil and reduce heat slightly. boil, stirring constantly for 41/2 minutes. *** be careful, it will scorch easily***
  • 2
    remove from heat and add marshmallow cream and peanut butter. mix together until melted and smooth. pour into sprayed or butter 9x13 cake pan. fudge will set without refrigeration. cool approximately 2 hours. cut into 1-1 1/2 inch squares.
