I started making these every Christmas with my Mom years ago... then made them with my 4 kids each year.. now as I make them with my daughter and/or the grandkids it brings back lots of memories...and they still taste just as good as the first ones I ever tasted.

Ingredients For peanut butter buckeyes

1 cbutter

16 ozconfectioners' sugar

12 ozpeanut butter, chunky

4 ozparaffin

12 ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make peanut butter buckeyes

1Combine butter, sugar and peanut butter in a medium bowl; blend until smooth. Roll into 1 inch balls. Chill.

2Place paraffin and chocolate chips into top of a double boiler and melt over hot (not boiling) water.

3Coat balls by dropping one at a time. Place on waxed paper to cool. Makes 5 dozen.
