Ingredients For peanut butter balls

  • 2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 lb
    butter
  • 1 1/2 lb
    powdered sugar
  • 12 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 1/8 lb
    canning wax

How To Make peanut butter balls

    Place butter and peanut butter in the microwave for about 1 minute, just to get them soft, you don't want it runny, stir in vanilla and sugar, you don't want to use all the sugar at one time, put in about 2 cups and stir keep adding the sugar until you have a nice play dough like texture, it shouldn't stick to your hands it will be nice and thick. melt chips and wax in a sauce pan on low heat, then make balls and put them in the refrigerator until firm, don't take all out of the fridg. just take enough to work with to keep cool or you can have the balls frozen which ever way you want to do. Dip in melted chocolate , place on wax paper, then back to the fridge. to set them. Keeps well in the fridge, or I like to keep them in the freezer
