This candy is so easy to make and is delicious , it calls for them to be refrigerated but thats only if they last that long ..you might want to make a double batch I do :)

Ingredients For peanut and raisin log candy

  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c
    milk, nonfat, dry
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c
    raisins

How To Make peanut and raisin log candy

  • 1
    Mix all the ingredients ( Except the raisins )together until creamy ; Add the raisins now and mix well.

    Divide the candy mixture into 24 pieces ; form each into a small log shape , Wrap individually in clear plastic wrap. Keep Refrigerated.
