Ingredients For orange cream fudge

3 cwhite sugar

2/3 cheavy cream

3/4 cbutter
-
17 oz. jar marshmellow cream

111 oz. package white chocolate chips

3 tsporange extract

12drops of yellow food coloring

9drops of red food coloring
How To Make orange cream fudge

1GREASE A 9 X 13 PAN.

2IN A MEDIUM SIZE HEAVY PAN, OVER MEDIUM HEAT, COMBINE SUGAR, CREAM AND BUTTER. HEAT TO SOFT BALL STAGE, 234 DEGREES. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN MARSHMELLOW CREAM AND WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS; MIX UNTIL THE CHIPS HAVE MELTED. RESERVE 1 CUP OF MIXTURE AND SET ASIDE.

3TO THE REMAINING MIXTURE ADD ORANGE EXTRACT AND STIR. ADD YELLOW AND RED COLORINGS, STIR WELL AND POUR INTO PAN. POUR RESERVED MIXTURE OVER TOP. USING A KNIFE SWIRL LAYERS FOR DECORATIVE EFFECT.
