norma's cream cheese mints
During my time as working in Nursing Homes for more than 27 years as a Therapeutic Recreation Director I used this recipe so many times with my Alzheimer residents. They had so much fun making these and when they were all made the residents where so proud and would give them to the Nurses at the nursing station and their family when they came to visit. The roses can be made for weddings also; using different colors for the wedding theams.I have severl candy molds and used different colors. Like yellow ducks, pale purple posies and green for tiny green frogs. Just get yourself some duck molds for baby shower candies or posies molds for a girls party or even frog molds to tickle little boys at their party. These can be used to decorate cookies and cakes.
