These remind me of a popular brand-name peanut butter cup, but better. :)

Ingredients For no-bake peanut butter bars

  • 1 c
    salted butter, melted
  • 2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 bag
    milk chocolate chips (11 oz.)

How To Make no-bake peanut butter bars

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy. Pour into 9x13 pan.

    Melt chocolate chips in the microwave at 50% power for 1-2 minutes. Stir and pour over peanut butter mixture. Spread with spatula and tap pan on counter to even out. Chill for 1 hour.
