A great friend nof mine frm New Mexico, Annie, gave me this recipe. I msake this candy every Christmas. Makes a great hostess gift placed in a colorful tin also.

Ingredients For munchie-munches

1 lbpowdered sugar (1 box)

1 cshredded coconut

1 cpecans, chopped fine

1 tspvanilla

1 cgraham cracker crumbs

1/2 ccrunchy peanut butter

1/2 cbutter, melted

1/2block parafin

6 ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make munchie-munches

1Thoroughly mix sugar, coconut, pecans, vanilla, graham craker crumbs, peanut butter and melted butter. Use a heavy wooden spoon or your hands if necessary.

2Chill mixture before rolling into bite-sized balls. Melt the parafin and chocolate chips over very low heat.

3Using a toothpick, dip each ball into chocolate mixture to coat. Cool on waxed paper. Use a small spoon to fill the toothpick hole if necessary. Store in a closed container in a cool place. Keeps for several weeks.
