I have been making this fudge for almost 30 years. It can now be found on the internet and sold online. It is the best fudge I have ever had, and I have tried many. To my family, nothing compares. I make two batches at Christmas; one with nuts and one without. Try it! You'll love it! DO NOT DOUBLE RECIPE Enjoy!

4 1/2 csugar

13 ozevaporated milk

9 ozmilk chocolate chips

9 ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips

7 ozmarshmallow cream

1/2 lbbutter

1 tsppure vanilla extract

2 cchopped pecans (optional)

1Bring sugar and evaporated milk to boil.

2Cook exactly 6 minutes over medium heat.

3Remove from stove.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Beat until firm.

6Pour evenly into a buttered 9x13 baking dish.

7Cool to room temperature.

8Keep refrigerated.
