I have been making this fudge for almost 30 years. It can now be found on the internet and sold online. It is the best fudge I have ever had, and I have tried many. To my family, nothing compares. I make two batches at Christmas; one with nuts and one without. Try it! You'll love it! DO NOT DOUBLE RECIPE Enjoy!

  • 4 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 13 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 9 oz
    milk chocolate chips
  • 9 oz
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 7 oz
    marshmallow cream
  • 1/2 lb
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    chopped pecans (optional)

    Bring sugar and evaporated milk to boil.

    Cook exactly 6 minutes over medium heat.

    Remove from stove.
  • 4
    Add remaining ingredients.

    Beat until firm.
  • 6
    Pour evenly into a buttered 9x13 baking dish.

    Cool to room temperature.

    Keep refrigerated.
