This was my mom's favorite fudge. It's the only fudge I ever remember her to make. Oh so creamy and good. Occasionally Mom would take fudge to Grandma, and Grandma would never share! She would hide it! LOL!!! This is good stuff!

Ingredients For mom's favorite fudge

  • mix together in a 2 quart saucepan:
  • 2 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • a small can of evaporated milk
  • 5 oz
    marshmallow cream
  • (ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS TO BE ADDED IN STEP 2)

How To Make mom's favorite fudge

  • 1
    Cook and stir to a full all over boil. Boil and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.

    Take off heat. Stir in 6 ounces of SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE BITS, and 1/2 cup of CHOPPED WALNUTS.

    Pour into a buttered 8" or 9" square pan. Cut when completely cool.
