Ingredients For marshmallow confetti cake

  • 1 pkg
    (12 oz.) butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1 pkg
    small colored marshmallows

How To Make marshmallow confetti cake

  • 1
    Combine butter and peanut butter and butterscotch chips in a saucepan on low to medium heat until melted.

    Take off heat and cool before adding marshmallows.

    Scoop mixture into ungreased 9X13 pan. Spread out evenly and press down. Refrigerate until cold and cut into squares. Keep in refrigerator or freezer for freshness.
