My niece gave me this recipe,I'm not sure but I think she got this out of Taste Of Home. It is soooo delicious. If you like orange sherbet you will love this!

Ingredients For marbled orange fudge

plan ahead it needs to chill
-
1 1/2 tspbutter ( no substitutes) grease pan with!

3 csugar
-
3/4 cheavy whipping cream
-
3/4 cbutter ( no substitutes)
-
1 pkg( 10--12 ozs.) vanilla or white chips (i used vanilla)
-
1 jar(7 ozs.) marshmallow creme
-
3 tsporange extract
-
12drops yellow food coloring
-
5drops red food coloring
How To Make marbled orange fudge

1Grease a 13" x 9" x 2" pan with the 1 1/2 tsp.butter.

2In a heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, cream and remaining 3/4 cup butter.

3Cook & stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved.

4Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 4 minutes. Remove from heat;

5Stir in chips & marshmallow creme.Stir until smooth.

6Remove 1 cup of mixture and set aside.

7Add orange extract and food colorings, to remaining mixture; stir until blended.

8Pour orange mixture into prepared pan.
-
9Drop the reserved 1 cup marshmallow mixture by Tablespoons over top of orange.

10Cut through mixture with a knife to swirl

11Cover & refrigerate until set.Cut into squares. Overnight is best! Yields 2 1/2 lbs.
