This was my mom's recipe. She passed when I was 7, so I don't remember tasting it, but she was a fantastic chef/cook, so I have no doubts it was as incredible as she was!

Ingredients For madeleine's fudge

  • 4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 lb
    butter
  • 1 c
    eagle milk
  • 1 pt
    marshmallow cream
  • 12 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 1 bag
    chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make madeleine's fudge

  • 1
    Melt together sugar, butter and milk. Add marshmallow and cook to a soft ball. Add chips and beat to right consistency. Add nuts and vanilla. Put into a well buttered pan to cool. Cut into pieces.
