My second oldest asked for this for his birthday after I recently served the Lavender Tapioca Ice Cream to my mom for her birthday. I do like this, (even when it isn't anyone's birthday)!

Ingredients For m&m and english toffee tapioca ice cream

3 cheavy cream

2eggs
-
1 Tbspvanilla

1/2 tspalmond extract

4 Tbspquick cooking tapioca

1/2 cdark brown sugar

1 pinchcinnamon

1/2 cm&ms (used fall colors this time)

1/4 cenglish toffee pieces
How To Make m&m and english toffee tapioca ice cream

1In a saucepan, put all the ingredients save the M&Ms and toffee.

2Bring to a rolling boiling, whisking all the way.

3Pour into a freezer safe bowl. Wait 45 minutes before adding the candy pieces.

4Then stir every 30 minutes for 3-5 hours. Serve delightfully.
