1-1/2teaspoons butter, plus 6 tablespoons butter,divided ,

2 pkg10 to 12 oz each vanilla or white chips

2/3 cupsweetened condensed milk

2/3 cupmarshmallow cream

1-1/2teaspoons lemon extract
How To Make "lemon fudge"

1Line a 9-in.square pan with foil.grease foil with 1-1/2 teaspoons butter;set aside.in a large saucepan,melt remaining butter over low heat.add chips and milk; cook and stir for 10 to 12 min or until chips are melted.

2Stir in marshmallow creme and lemon extract;cook and stir 3 to 4 min longer or until smooth.pour into prepared pan. chill until set.

3Using foil lift fudge out of pan.discard foil;cut into squares.store in the Refrigerator....
