Ingredients For home made soft caramels

  • 1 c
    light corn syrup
  • 2 c
    light brown sugar packed
  • 1 can
    condense milk
  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans opt

How To Make home made soft caramels

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except nuts in a sauce pan bring to a boil on med. heat boil for 20 min. stirring constantly

    remove from heat add pecans stir then pour in buttered oblong pan cut into squares wrap in wax paper or foil or use miniature cup cake papers store in air tight container
