Ingredients For heath bar shortbread

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 3
    crushed heath bars, or 3/4 cup toffee bits
  • 1/4 c
    mini chocolate chips(optional)

How To Make heath bar shortbread

  • 1
    Cream butter,add flour and powdered sugar. stir to thoroughly combine.Gently stir in the crushed heath bars(or toffee pieces)and mini chocolate chips if using.

    Press into a ungreased 9x9 baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.Cut into squares while still warm.
