This candy is very versatile. You can make out of chocolate, white chocolate, butterscotch, or peanut butter. Its your preferance.I will use chocolate this time but just remember it can be changed.

Ingredients For haystacks

  • 16 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp
    oil
  • 2 c
    chow mein noodles
  • 2 c
    marshmallows, mini

How To Make haystacks

  • 1
    Line large cookie sheet with wax paper. In double boiler, melt chocolate with oil Stirring occasionally. In large bowl mix chow mein noodles and marshmallows, pour on chocolate with a fork and mix well. Drop mixture by heaping teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Refrigerate til set. Makes 3/4 pound.
