Oh gosh, we could eat an entire plate of these graham cracker pieces. The topping tastes like a buttery pecan pie filling. Crispy, crunchy, sweet, nutty ... these are a wonderful, light dessert. An easy and delicious treat to bring to a party or give as a gift.

Ingredients For graham cracker pieces

  • honey graham crackers
  • 1 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c
    butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 c
    margarine
  • 1/2 c
    sugar

How To Make graham cracker pieces

  • Graham crackers on a foil-lined baking sheet.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line the cookie sheet with foil and one layer of graham crackers.
  • Nuts sprinkled over the graham crackers.

    Sprinkle the nuts evenly over the graham crackers.
  • Boiling butter, sugar, and margarine.

    Add the butter, margarine, and sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Pouring butter mixture over graham crackers.

    Pour mixture over the crackers so that they are covered.
  • Baking the graham cracker pieces.

  • Ready to break cooled graham crackers into pieces.
