Ingredients For glass candy

4 csugar
-
2 cwhite corn syrup
-
1 cwater
-
1/4 tspflavoring (your choice)

food coloring (as desired)
How To Make glass candy

1Combine sugar, syrup and water. Boil until mixture reaches 300 degrees on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Add coloring and flavoring as desired. Pour into (ungreased) cookie sheet. Let cool. Crack with back of table knife. Store in a cool, dry place. Candy pieces can be sharp.
