This is a recipe from one of my church friends and they are sooo good but rich!!

Ingredients For fudge cups

  • 4
    squares semi-sweet baker's chocolate
  • 2 stick
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    flour, sifted
  • 3 lg
    eggs, beaten-
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make fudge cups

  • 1
    Melt margarine and chocolate together; don't boil. take off stove and add nuts. Combine sugar and flour; pour butter mixture into flour; mix by hand; add eggs and vanilla.

    Pour into muffin tins; 1/2 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Let set for a short time; run knife around edge and then let cool. YUM!!!
