i've ate these at fairs and such but i have figured out to have them at home and there easy

method Deep Fry

Ingredients For fried candy bars

  • 2 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    sugar

How To Make fried candy bars

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together to make batter this should be thick not runny but thin enough to coat the candy.

    Use any candy bars of your choice (I use snack size cause you get more).

    Drop coated candy into hot oil. It should flip over itself if it doesn't, flip it with tongs till golden brown on all sides.
