Ingredients For fantasy fudge

  • 3 c
    suger
  • 3/4 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1 can
    evaporated milk, large
  • 1 1/2 pkg
    (12 squares) baker's semi-sweet chocolate, chopped*
  • 7 oz
    jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make fantasy fudge

    Line 9-inch pan with foil.
  • 2
    Bring sugar, butter and milk to a full rolling boil in large saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 minutes or until 234* on candy thermometer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

    Add chocolate and marshmallow creme, stir until melted. Stir in nuts and vanilla.

    Pour into pan and cool. *you may substitute semi-sweet chocolate morsels for semi chocolate squares.
