Ingredients For endless chocolate truffles

3 cupssifted powdered sugar, sift first then measure

8 oz.softened cream cheese

1 (12 oz.)pkg. baker's semi-sweet real chocolate chips, melted

3 Tbl.flavored liqueur, *see next section
- CHOICE OF LIQUEURS (PICK 3):

kahlua
-
frangelico
-
amarula
-
godiva (dark, milk or white chocolate)

amaretto
-
triple sec
-
chambord
-
buttershots
-
bailey's irish cream
-
peppermint schnapp's
-
tequila rose
- CHOICES TO ROLL IN:
-
any chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, pistachios, macadamias, almonds, etc.)

candy sprinkles/nonpareils
-
cocoa powder
-
powdered sugar
-
coconut
-
toffee bits, finely crushed
-
candy canes or peppermints, finely crushed
-
colored sugar
How To Make endless chocolate truffles

1Add 3 cups powdered sugar gradually to cream cheese in mixer bowl slowly while mixing on medium speed til well mixed. Add melted chocolate, mix well.

2Divide mixture into thirds. Add a different liqueur to each third adding 1 Tbl. to each. Wrap each third in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours.

3Shape mixture into 1" balls. Roll into above suggestions being careful to pair with the liqueur flavors. Keep refrigerated until serving in airtight container.
