I NEVER LIKED FUDGE, IT WAS EITHER TOO SWEET, OR MELTED ALL OVER THE PLATE (MARSHMALLOW FUDGE) OR GOT DRIED OUT AND GOT CRUMBLY AFTER IT SAT OUT FOR AWHILE. THIS FUDGE HAS VELVEETA CHEESE IN IT AND IT STAYS CREAMY FOR AS LONG AS IT SITS OUT. I MAKE IT AT CHRISTMAS AND PUT IT OUT BEFORE MY GUESTS COME AND IF THERE IS ANY LEFT, IT IS THE SAME CONSISTENCY WHEN THEY LEAVE HOURS LATER. YES I DID SAY VELVEETA CHEESE AND YOU CANNOT TASTE THAT THERE IS CHEESE IN IT. IT IS THE BEST FUDGE I HAVE EVER EATEN, I NEVER ATE FUDGE UNTIL I GOT THIS RECIPE. SO GIVE IT A TRY. GAURENTEED YOU WILL LIKE IT.

How To Make easy no cook fudge
-
1MELT BUTTER AND VELVEETA CHEESE, I CUT THE VELVEETA CHEESE IN PIECES. I MELT IT IN THE MICRO-WAVE OVEN. A COUPLE OF MINUTES AT A TIME. THEN STIR AND PUT BACK IN FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND STIR UNTIL IT IS MELTED. THE CHEESE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE MELTED COMPLETELY. IF THERE ARE A FEW LUMPS OF CHEESE THAT ARE SOFT BUT NOT MELTED COMPLETELY, IT WILL BE FINE, IT WILL MIX IN WITH THE POWDERED SUGAR.
-
2I ALSO USE A VERY LARGE BOWL WHEN I MAKE THE WHOLE 6 POUND BATCH. PUT THE POWDERED SUGAR, COCOA POWDER AND NUTS IN THE LARGE BOWL.
-
3POUR THE MELTED CHEESE , BUTTER, AND VANILLA EXTRACT INTO THE BOWL OF DRY INGREDIENTS. MIX WELL, I START WITH A SPOON AND END UP USING MY HANDS TO GET IT ALL MIXED WELL.
-
4PUT IT INTO A LARGE COOKIE SHEET. CHILL AND CUT UP IN PIECES AND ENJOY.
