dark chocolate caramel sea salt bark
My niece and I were recently shopping in downtown Nashville, and we stopped into a quaint candy shop. The chocolatier was creating a chocolate masterpiece including milk chocolate, caramel, and sea salt. I watched her and I even bought a piece to replicate. Although the milk chocolate was delicious, I thought dark chocolate would be scrumptious. I was correct! This quick and easy bark makes a great hostess gift.

This easy-to-make dark chocolate caramel sea salt bark is so good, you'll never buy it from the store again. Using dark chocolate, rather than milk chocolate, cuts back on the sweetness. Hints of caramel sauce add a sweet touch. Sprinkled with sea salt adds that wonderful sweet and salty combination to this rich and creamy candy bark. A few pieces fancy up a bowl of vanilla ice cream, is delicious for snacking, and would make a lovely hostess gift.
