A quick and easy recipe everyone enjoys. You can use differant flavor morsels depending on your taste. I use white chocolate morsels and add dried candies cherries at Christmas, for a holiday look. Note with white Chocolate use clear vanilla. If you use the white chocolate and add maple flavoring with chopped pecans, it makes a dreamy Maple nut fudge. Just change it up and enjoy.

Ingredients For creamy fudge

3 ccandy morsels ( peanutbutter, dark chocolate, milk chocolate,ect)
-
1 cansweetened condensed milk
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1 cchopped nuts (optional)
How To Make creamy fudge

1Line an 8X8 pan with foil. Over med. heat combine morsels, milk, and salt. Stir until morsels melt.(You may want to use a wooden spoon as the mixture is stiff.) Remove from heat add vanilla and nuts stir until mixed . Press into foil lined pan, chill until firm. (about 2-4 hours) Turn out onto cutting board, peel foil away, cut into 1/2 to 1 inch squares depending on taste. Enjoy..
