How To Make coconut balls
Test Kitchen Tips
We opted to toast a little coconut and sprinkle it over the coconut balls as they chilled. These are delicious just dipped in chocolate too.
-
1Melt butter slowly; add condensed milk.
-
2Stir in powdered sugar and salt.
-
3Add coconut.
-
4Chill until easily handled.
-
5Roll into balls. Insert toothpicks and place in refrigerator or freezer until firm. Remove a few at a time to prevent getting soft.
-
6Melt bark in a double boiler.
-
7Dip each ball in chocolate.
-
8Place on waxed paper and remove toothpicks. Let set until firm.
-
9ENJOY!
