Ingredients For cocoa bourbon balls

  • 1 c
    finely crushed vanilla wafers (30-36 cookies)
  • 1 c
    confectioners sugar
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c
    bourbon, rum, or brandy
  • granulated sugar, additional chopped pecans

How To Make cocoa bourbon balls

  • 1
    Stir together the cookie crumbs, sugar, shopped pecans, and cocoa. Add syrup and bourbon, rum, or brandy and mix well. With wet hands shape into 1 inch balls. Roll into granulated sugar. Store.
