Ingredients For cocoa bourbon balls

1 cfinely crushed vanilla wafers (30-36 cookies)

1 cconfectioners sugar

1 cchopped pecans

2 Tbspcocoa powder

1 Tbsplight corn syrup

1/4 cbourbon, rum, or brandy

granulated sugar, additional chopped pecans
How To Make cocoa bourbon balls

1Stir together the cookie crumbs, sugar, shopped pecans, and cocoa. Add syrup and bourbon, rum, or brandy and mix well. With wet hands shape into 1 inch balls. Roll into granulated sugar. Store.
