2 csugar

1/4 clight corn syrup

1/4 cmilk

1/4 tspcream of tartar

8 - 10drops peppermint extract

How To Make christmas mints

1In 2 quart glass dish, combine sugar, corn syrup, milk & cream of tartar. Cook on High 5 - 6 minutes or until few drops in cold water forms soft ball (238 degrees)

2Let stand 3 minutes to cool.

3Beat with mixer until creamy. Flavor with 8 - 10 drops peppermint extract. Divide into half and add food coloring.

4Drop mixture by teaspoonful onto foil. When cool, store in airtight container.
